Job Description
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing SuccessFactors modules. Strong understanding of HR processes, compensation cycles, and talent management frameworks. Experience with integration tools (SAP CPI, APIs) and reporting capabilities. Experience with Performance & Goals, Employee Central, or Workforce Analytics. Ability to work in Agile project environments and use tools like Jira or Azure DevOps. Ref#5126
