Job Description
Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT solutions and transformation projects. Experience in delivering large and complex technology-based solutions. Extensive experience engaging with stakeholders across all levels of government or within larger organizations, including executives, staff, and community partners. Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams, build consensus, and align diverse interests to achieve common goals. Experience managing data-integration or smart-city technology projects involving multiple public-sector agencies. Familiarity with ALPR technology, IoT sensors, GIS mapping, or mobility data platforms. Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes such as revenue recovery or operational efficiency. Experience negotiating and managing external vendors in SaaS, data, or software-integration environments. Strong understanding of data architecture, APIs, and interoperability standards. Ref#5133
