Job Description
Minimum 5 years of experience delivering business & IT analytical work packages, including developing current- state and future-state assessment reports, process and workflow diagrams, data flow diagrams, business requirements documents, cost benefit analysis, and supporting financial analysis. Minimum 5 years of experience working in human resources business functions and HR information systems. Strong understanding of data warehouses, sources of data, and data relationships to generate meaningful insights and reports. Strong knowledge of business rules and modeling techniques, including architecture, use case modeling, conceptual and logical data modeling, business rules and non-functional requirements definitions.
