Job Description
Responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. Ensure that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures are followed. These activities include the support of I.T. staff in executing, testing and rolling-out of solutions. Accountable for the following systems, including servers and desktops that support parking related I.T. Infrastructure; Windows Active Directory, Application, patching, provisioning and system monitoring that support the Authority I.T. infrastructure. Responsibilities on these systems include provisioning, backups, patching, support and maintenance.Ref#4758
